SHIPPING INFORMATION

  •  Delivery generally takes between 7-14 business days within the United States. For international orders, delivery time can take between 7-21 business days.

  • If we have a high demand of purchases, shipping may be delayed. However, we provide full transparency and delays are few and far between, if this occurs and will keep you posted via email and offer free order tracking. But at Charge Future we prioritize speed.

  • Our warehouse will process your order as fast as possible. We aim for same day dispatch, but in some cases will send your order on the following business day, assuming the item you have ordered is available in stock .You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.


  • Please be advised all orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday. In addition, we do not ship on public holidays.



ABOUT YOUR ORDER

  • Once the order is shipped, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. We will send your tracking number via email. You can track your order in the "Track Your Order" page on our store.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier and let us know so we can also investigate this for you.

  • If an order was placed and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation sent via e-mail, please start with checking your spam inbox. If you checked your spam mail and waited 24 hours and still did not receive the confirmation e-mail, we recommend you to contact us so we may investigate this for you.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
